Since 1991, Jeanie has been training and coaching clients in the leadership and personal development skills that enable them to compete in today's business world., She helps leaders to gather feedback, interpret their management styles and create individual development plans. Jeanie coaches business leaders on critical success factors such as building high performance teams and adapting to changing business environments. In addition she facilitates leadership development courses that focus on interpersonal skills, work/life balance and creating effective working agreements.
Prior to joining Meridian Consulting Group, Jeanie was Assistant Vice President in Human Resources at First Union National Bank in Charlotte, North Carolina. She worked with the leaders in the N.C. Commercial and Consumer Bank.
